DISCLAIMER: This app is NOT an official government app and does NOT represent any government entity. This is an independent community information app for residents of Vellari Ward 13. Government services are accessed via official government websites only.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information only when you voluntarily provide it:

Complaint Form: Name, Phone Number, Address, Complaint Details - when you submit a complaint.
Profile (Optional): Name, Phone, House Name, Age, Blood Group - stored only on your device using local storage.
Feedback / Kids Gallery: Name and photos you voluntarily upload.

We do NOT collect sensitive personal information like Aadhaar, passwords, or financial details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To forward your complaints to the Ward Member for resolution.
To display community information, notices, and ward services.
To provide quick links to official government bill payment portals (KSEB, KWA, LPG).
To improve app functionality.

3. Data Storage

Complaint data is securely stored in private Google Sheets accessible only to the Ward Member (Admin). Profile data and photos are stored locally on your device (localStorage). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Phone Call: To call ward member / emergency numbers when you tap call buttons.
Storage / Camera (Optional): To upload complaint photos or profile photo if you choose.

6. Children's Privacy

Kids Gallery section allows parents to upload children's drawings with consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have such data, contact us for removal.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Google Sheets access is restricted. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Complaint data is retained until resolved. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at ccare1981@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8075133353. Local profile data can be cleared by clearing app data in your phone settings.
